Dee, the founder of MissFit Coaching, spent over 30 years in corporate HR and leadership roles at global organizations like Google, Gallagher, and Analytle Health. During her time in these roles, she saw the immense disparity between the resources available to employers and those available to job seekers, professionals, and executives alike.
This imbalance left a lasting impression. Over the years, Dee began to imagine what career growth could look like if individuals were given the same level of support, insight, and strategy that companies rely on to thrive.
